Welcome to IT Business Designs. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or making a payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, including our Refund, Cancellation, and Dispute Resolution policies.
1) Services
IT Business Designs provides website design, website development, digital solutions, hosting management, IT consulting, digital marketing, and related services. All services are custom-built and delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2) Payments
All payments must be made in advance or as per agreed project milestones.
Work begins only after successful payment confirmation.
Payments are processed via secure and approved payment gateways such as PayPal or others.
3) Project Delivery
Delivery timelines vary based on project scope, requirements, and client responsiveness.
All deliverables are shared digitally via email, WhatsApp, cloud storage, or approved online platforms.
4) Revisions
Projects include limited revisions as defined in the selected service package.
Additional revisions, scope changes, or new requirements may incur extra charges.
5) Ownership
Final project files, credentials, and website access are provided only after full payment.
Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of IT Business Designs.
6) Cancellation, Refunds & Chargebacks
6.1 Refund Request Window
Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of successful payment, provided that:
- Project work has not started, and
- No deliverables, files, designs, or access credentials have been shared.
6.2 Non-Refundable Conditions
- Research, planning, design, development, or content work has started
- Any deliverables (partial or full) are shared
- Resources, tools, or team time have been allocated
This applies to advance payments, milestone payments, and custom work.
6.3 Digital Services & Deliverables
- Website designs, layouts, or drafts already shared
- Development code or files delivered
- Branding, marketing, or creative assets
- Custom work created specifically for the client
6.4 Monthly & Recurring Services
- Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts
- Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle only
- No partial-month refunds are issued
6.5 Client-Caused Delays
- No refunds will be issued
- The project may be paused
- A reactivation fee may apply depending on delay duration
6.6 Project Termination by IT Business Designs
- The client violates these terms
- There is abusive, unethical, or unprofessional behavior
- The scope changes beyond the agreed work
If terminated by us before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and gateway charges.
6.7 Payment Gateway Charges
- Payment gateway fees
- Currency conversion charges
- Administrative or processing fees
6.8 Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method.
7) Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
Clients agree to contact IT Business Designs first to resolve any billing or service concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

9) Liability
IT Business Designs is not responsible for third-party hosting, software, or tool failures, delays caused by external vendors, client misuse of deliverables, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
